A coaching session can be cancelled 24 hours before the booked time. In case of cancellation less than 24 hours, there is no possibility to get the money back, but the session can be moved to another time by agreement with me. Cancellation of booking before the deadline can be done via the cancellation link in the confirmation email you received right after booking


Workshops have binding registration and there is no possibility of getting the money back. If you are prevented from participating, you can send someone else in your place.
If the workshop is cancelled, you will get all your money back.

12 week Transformational Discovery Process

The process is time-sensitive and applies from the date of the first session. It is your responsibility to keep to the times that are determined for a fixed day and time of the week. A written agreement will be entered into regarding the above, which is binding for both parties. If the coach is prevented from carrying out the session for the agreed week, it is his duty to inform the client at least 24 hours before the agreed time. The missing session will be replaced with a new one that suits both parties.

We do not guarantee that a Future Mapping will precisely produce the exact outcomes you desire.
Future Mapping is a guideline to get you to where you want to be within the desires time frame.
It is up to you to follow the steps indicated in the Future Map and navigate appropriately in your life experience.

A complaint about a service purchased from me can be submitted to the Danish Competition and Consumer Authority’s Center for Complaint Resolution, Carl Jacobsens Vej 35, 2500 Valby.
